Event FAQs
Phosmora events are designed exclusively for active visual creators: photographers (all experience levels), fashion models, makeup artists (MUAs), hair and wardrobe stylists, and creative directors looking to build portfolios and network.
Yes. All participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and enter the event space. Government-issued ID may be verified at check-in.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the official start time. This ensures seamless check-in, orientation, and setup so collaborative shooting can begin promptly.
We treat host venues with the utmost respect. All attendees must abide by specific studio property regulations, respect local equipment boundaries, and clean up after their respective setups.
Models should bring wardrobe pieces coordinated with the event's stated creative concept theme. Photographers, stylists, and crew should wear comfortable, professional, and safe attire suitable for movement across a live production environment.
Participants may request a full refund if cancellation is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event date. Requests received within 24 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
If there are makeup artists at the evnts models will be notified by phosmora and they can come witouht make up on. About the dresses they can come already dresse up or get dressesd at the studio.
Yes. This photoshoot event is a paid service available to everyone, including models. All participants are required to purchase their session/package in order to take part in the event. Pricing helps cover the photography services, planning, setup, and overall event experience.
If at the photoshoot there will be MUAs or Stylists they will come first with the models. When booking a photoshoot, please note that the scheduled event time includes preparation time for the creative team.

Phosmora events are carefully organized to provide a safe, professional, and enjoyable creative experience. We coordinate venues, schedules, and event details while following responsible planning practices and venue requirements. For applicable events, liability insurance may be provided to support organizers, partners, and participants.
